Distances līguma paraugs
Šajā interneta veikalā piedāvāto preču pārdevējs Jānis Karlsons, 15088812056, Robežu iela 11-37, Dreiliņi, Stopiņ nov., Latvija, LV-2130 no vienas puses, turpmāk saukts Pārdevējs, un persona, kas veic pasūtījumu, turpmāk saukta Pircējs, no otras puses, noslēdz šādu Līgumu:
Pārdevējs apņemas pārdot un piegādāt Pircējam preces, atbilstoši Pircēja pasūtījumam.
Pasūtīšanas, piegādes un samaksas kārtība
Pircējs veic preču pasūtīšanu caur šo mājas lapu, norādot iegādājamo preču veidu un daudzumu. Pircējam ir iespēja veikt apmaksu par preci, lietojot interneta veiklā iestrādātos maksājuma rīkus vai apmaksājot pārdevēja sagatavoto un Pircējam pa e-pastu nosūtīto pasūtījumam atbilstošo rēķinu. Rēķins tiek sagatavots elektroniski un ir derīgs bez paraksta.
Pārdevējs nodrošina preču piegādi 20 dienu laikā, kopš ir saņemta apmaksa par preci, piegādes laiku saskaņojot ar Pircēju.
Atteikuma tiesības
Pircējam ir tiesības atteikties no preces 14 kalendāro dienu laikā no Preces saņemšanas brīža, nosūtot Pārdevējam par to atteikuma vēstuli. Atteikuma vēstules veidlapu Pārdevējs nosūta Pircējam pa e-pastu pēc Pircēja pieprasījuma.
Pircēja pienākums ir 7 dienu laikā pēc atteikuma vēstules nosūtīšanas atdot preci Pārdevējam. Visus izdevumus, kas radīsies saistībā ar preces nosūtīšanu atpakaļ Pārdevējam, sedz Pircējs.
Pircējs nevar izmantot atteikuma tiesības, ja:
- pasūtītās preces pēc to rakstura nevar atdot atpakaļ, vai tās ātri bojājas vai ir ātri izlietojamas;
- pasūtītās preces ir izgatavotas tieši Pircējam pēc individuāla pasūtījuma;
- pircējs ir atvēris audioierakstu vai videoierakstu, vai datorprogrammu iepakojumu.
Latvijas Republikas Patērētāju tiesību aizsardzības likuma 12. panta sestā daļa nosaka, ka "patērētājs ir atbildīgs par preces kvalitātes un drošuma saglabāšanu atteikuma tiesību realizēšanas termiņā". Pārdevējs patur tiesības Pircējam atteikt izmantot atteikuma tiesības vai ieturēt kompensācijas maksu gadījumā, ja prece ir bojāta, lietošanas laikā nevērīgi izturoties pret preci vai neievērojot instrukcijas norādījumus, ja ir nozaudēts preces oriģinālais iepakojums vai ja tās iepakojums ir būtiski bojāts.
Datu apstrāde
Ievadot nepieciešamo informāciju, noformējot pasūtījumu, Pircējs apliecina, ka ir iepazinies un piekrīt, ka viņa sniegtie dati tiek izmantoti, lai Pārdevējs varētu pieņemt Pircēja pasūtījumu un veikt preču piegādi saskaņā ar normatīvo aktu prasībām. Ievadot informāciju, Pircējs piekrīt, ka tam uz norādīto e-pastu tiks izsūtīti paziņojumi, kas saistīti ar Pircēja pasūtījuma apstrādi.

2016
When it all started
We appeared publicly as a car club for the first time while attending the Baltic VAG Fest 2016, although we were already friends before this event.
The picture shows our first logo, which has undergone various small changes over time.
2017
First steps in social networks
We started the first posts on social networks. We started posting members' cars at first, but as time went by we started making posts with other interesting car projects in Latvia and in the nearest neighbors.

2018
Many meetings in Latvia and Lithuania
2018 has been one of the most powerful and eventful years. Let's start with the fact that we couldn't figure out what to do at the opening of the season until an invitation came from Lithuania to attend the first Auto Clubs Summer Fest' event. It was a great event, despite the fact that 90% of us did not understand what was being said through the microphone.
The second very important event was the Baltic VAG Fest, where our members won the first 3 places in the lowest car nomination.
2019
Car meets and festivals
We created for ourselves an impressive season opening event in Cēsis with many different activities. And here, for the first time, we began to realize that we can probably organize a bigger event not only for ourselves.
2020
When we bought the club bus
One day we talked that it would be funny if we had our own bus, because many of us parked our cars on the jackstand this year and then all the members could go to the events. A few weeks later we bought ourselves a bus and all the problems that come with it.

2021
When all the fun stopped
In 2021, due to COVID, there were very few car events of any size, so we didn't visit much. Many of us started major changes to our vehicles and met on the ZOOM platform.

2022
When you have to start all over again
The beginning of 2022 was similar to the previous year, when there were few events, because few dared to take the risk of making an event and attending it, not knowing what would happen with the restrictions. But at the end of the season, we could all meet at the great and family car event - V-muiza show-off, which some of the members helped to organize.

2023
First Low Happens Fest
In a coincidence of many different, unrelated circumstances, we teamed up with Black Unicorn, with whom we decided to create the first Low Happens festival, which we had been dreaming about for several years. Thanks to friends and supporters who believed in our idea, we realized a great festival in chill and grill style.
In the first year, the festival featured 86 unique vehicles and was attended by more than 250 people.

2024
Second Low Happens Fest
Armed with the previous year's experience and positive feedback, the 2024 festival managed to be more qualitative, with more sponsors and activities for visitors.
The festival featured 204 unique cars and was attended by 553 people.
